@ametoochaTry moving all your mods out to desktop, along with saves and tray files and delete cache <<< very important >>> and then repair.
Start a new clean game just long enough to get a new sim and save them
Exit
Add your mods and trays and saves back, should be good
For your own sanity make sure you start with the FAME opt in on menu / game packs / unticked to avoid getting the FAME NPC bug right off

OH PS!! If you using any lots of anytype that have a venue change.. get an updated venue list
