The game failed to load - error code 102:117fe933:803c6ed1

Hello,

Since September 2023, I tried to play my game but everytime, I encounter this error message. Then I tried once by still clicking on the ok button and continuing with the game but within 10 minutes, all sims were standing still for a while. I tried to save and exit the game and was unable so I had to start over my laptop.

Please, may I have your assistance
