the new pack “Life and Death” does not appear in the game
I pre-ordered the new pack and then downloaded it. My EA app shows that I own the pack. I can also see it on my Mac with the other packs in the folder.
However, the new world does not appear in my game. However, I get the notifications from the festivals in Ravenwood and have the new objects in build mode (but without the little symbol of which pack they are). I also can have my Sims create a bucket list on the computer and carry out the soul journey.
I have already uninstalled and reinstalled everything. I have also written to EA support several times, but they couldn't help me.... I'm honestly very frustrated at the moment.
burglinde1 Do you use mods, and if so, does it help to remove them? Please test both your current save and a new one and let me know what you find.
