the new update broke everything

The new update broke everything! Ever since the update after the release of the high school pack came out, EVERYTHING is broken. CAS is completely unusable because colors won't change on any items, won't work even when i tried to download the newest version, and during gameplay everything is constantly bugging! the fast forward feature, the university pack, the bikes, some commands that used to work don't work anymore, and now the worst of them all: sims can't even join a household anymore. (i made a sim i loved and she got lost cuz i accidentally moved her out and couldn't find her anymore except through another sim that knew her, now she can't join his household and i can't find her anywhere)

So frustrating
