The 'Sample Food' interaction does not come up

Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? At the Spice Festival to sample the food.
What happens when the bug occurs? When my sim is invited to the Spice Festival to sample the food, the 'Sample Food' interaction is not coming up when I click on the plate.
What do you expect to see? I expect that the 'Sample Food' interaction comes up and my sim can sample the food to complete the challenge.
Have you installed any customization with the game, e.g. Custom Content or Mods? Never used.
