I think one of my save files is corrupted. My Sims household freezes and I can no longer click on the two Sims, and I cannot save my game either.
Is there a way to fix this issue?

I did a lot of testing and found a solution: dropping out of University and moving my two Sims to a new household seemed to work, my game works fine now.
Hi, I am having this problem too, and my sim lives in the dorms! I removed all my mods and CC and deleted the local thumb cache before I ran the game again. Repaired my game too, and I'm still getting it. You say you solved it by dropping out of university and moving into another house. Have you been able to re-enroll in university at all?
This is super interesting! I have a save I've been playing in for about a year with no issues, but the save file got corrupted after I moved two sims to university. Both in seperate dorm buildings. Maybe taking them out of university will work?
