The Sims 4 - Missing Custom Color Shades in Make-up

Platform:PC
Which language are you playing the game in? Czech
How often does the bug occur? Every time (100%)
What is your current game version number? 1.81.72.1030
What expansions, game packs, and stuff packs do you have installed? Cats & Dogs, City Living, Discover University, Get to Work, Seasons, Parenthood, Vampires
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? You can find it in the CAS mode, when you look in the make-up section. I had my custom color shades of lipsticks, eye shadows etc. saved in the game but now they are all gone.
What happens when the bug occurs? It happened right after my PC turned off unexpectedly, when I had my game on in the CAS mode. I expected to lose my newly created sim because I did not save it, but then I saw these shades were missing. I thought I would probably lose my recently saved shades, but even the old ones are gone.
What do you expect to see? I would like to see my shades back somehow if that could be possible.
Have you installed any customization with the game, e.g. Custom Content or Mods? Yes
Did this issue appear after a specific patch or change you made to your system? No

    @tinalis I don't think the swatch you make saves with the Sim, just with the save game but at the end of the day, I don't know. Haven't tried.

    @tinalis To my knowledge this isn't a bug. Custom makeup doesn't carry over like it did in Sims 3.

    They are only available while in CAS. When leaving, they are deleted.

    There's another thread for this somewhere but I don't have time to search right now.

    Will merge/move later.

    @crinrict Maybe you are right. But I dont know why, but I feel like it stays there. At least I think it does. For example when I create sims and I dont finish creating them at one time, I save them in my gallery, turn off the game and when I load them again in the CAS mode I feel like it is there. But tbh I am not so sure.

    @tinalis you mean it did before and now it doesn't or it just didn't in that particular situation and now it works again ?

    EDIT: I tested my save and it seems it does save with the save game. It's not there anymore when I start a new save but when I load the save I saved them with, they are still there. So it's thing locally to your save game.

    I'm guessing it didn't save since the game crashes.

    @crinrict To be honest I am not so sure. I always thought that it works that way, that it saves it and you see it everywhere, but I guess not.
    Okay, so it probably saves within the save game, but what about when I save the sims in my gallery before putting them in a game?
    Yeah, probably but thats okay, I mean its not the worst thing to lose in the game, right? :D
