Hello i been playing sims 4 for a long time. When ea was origin i didnt have CC problems or how to install them. But now i have problem i dont have The sims 4 folder in Electronic Arts. I only got Electronic Arts>Ea desktop 4 i dont have mods folder. I've tried to create and download CC's here but it didn't work.
The game saves and mod folders are not kept in Program File. They are saved in the Documents folder typically at C:\Users\[username]\Documents

The Windows Documents folder can occasionally be moved for various reasons. The most common reason is if you use OneDrive to sync your important folders. If this is the case then check for a Documents folder inside your PC's OneDrive folder [Drive Letter]:\OneDrive\Documents
If this does not work then search all of you drives for the location of this type of file *.save
This should lead you to where your user game files are
