The Sims 4 Snowy Escape bug

@Elda995 So you never traveled there while a festival was going on ? Once it's bugged, it happens every time.

@crinrict maybe, it started when i want doing event - top of mount Komorebi. And i was at festival with no problem for the first time. After first bug Its going wrong everywhere in this world.

@Elda995 Yeah, that's a known bug then. Do you have a backup from before you went on the event ?

  @crinrict no, i reinstalled the game and start with new family with the same bug.

    @Elda995 Once you have the bug, there's not much you can do. Did you try a new save ? If you don't have any backups, I would put the save aside and play a new one until the bug is fixed. Avoid the mountain excursion.
