How can I have my sims guys stand up when they pee I don't want my guys sitting when they pee?

In real life we men also occasionally sit because we may have other business as well. But if it really bothers you that they sometimes sit I have heard of a Mod that supposedly makes them stand every time. Which is actually a bit weird when you think about it.
