The swimsuit doesn't work, the rest does. What to do?

Hello.
I have mods and cc and the swimsuit would work. Suddenly recently after the last update a lot of problems started. At first the swimsuit worked and then nothing. I try to change into another outfit and everything works until I change into a bathing suit. The sim down the left side is gone and the garment remains as before. If I then try to change into a completely different outfit the sim still doesn't get dressed.
I tried to change clothes in CAS but when I try to go back to the game the loading screen freezes. I tried to take out the clothes folder, it doesn't help. I did a game patch.
Yes, I removed all the mods and it works.
what can i do?

Move your Mods folder to the Desktop and delete localthumbcache.package. Then test the game in a new save.
If it works now check for updates to your Mods and CC. Add it back a little at a time while testing until you have found all that are broken.

Thank you very much I succeeded! I took out the folders and checked folder by folder what works inside the game and what doesn't!
Regarding mod updates I have updated everything.
By the way, is it necessary to update cc? Even if there are no broken ones

This particular swimsuit is not broken. But at least I was able to figure out that one of the other cc folders were broken.

Glad you got it fixed. It is always important to update Mods and CC even though they don't appear to cause problems in your current game. It may be something you do not currently use but when you later start using it you suddenly have a problem. It may also be that it only cause problems in combination with other things that you currently don't use. When there is a new patch keep an eye out for the posting here on known broken mods and CC that is a good place to start.
