The top left corner gui is missing in cas how can i fix this?

I logged on into sims after a while of me not playing and updated it and changed the game version in files like you usually do if a mod doesn’t work but realised im missing the top left corner in cas where you write the name, change their voices and gender, etc but the traits and aspirations are still there?
