The UI where the sims portraits are is exceptionally tiny after the patch

I play on windowed full screen mode - this means the resolution and scale settings are automatic. I have never had an issue before, but after launching my game for the first time after the October 11...

@Skyechimes The changes for UI Scaling were for console. Are you playing on console ?

If not, try trashing the options.ini file and re-set all options manually.

No, I’m on windows 10. I’m away from my pc, so I’ll have to try messing with the options file when I get back. Is there a walkthrough on that somewhere? Thanks!
