Theres no woohoo option in shower and bed, and my toddler cant sit in highchair.

Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? pretty much just by clicking on the objects such as the bed and shower that would usually have a woohoo option, but there is no option available. And for the toddler, if you click on the highchair, the parent would show that is going to do it but then when they are picking the toddler up they would glitch out.
What happens when the bug occurs? When you open the game and try to click on any of the options you would normally see a woohoo option, there would be no option on any of the objects you could woohoo on such as the shower and bed. Also another bug I noticed is that my toddlers cant sit in the highchairs like they would glitch out or instead of putting the toddler in the highchair they would put them back onto the ground
What do you expect to see? I would expect to see like a "Try for a baby" and "Woohoo", and also for my toddler to be able to sit and eat in the highchair.
Have you installed any customization with the game, e.g. Custom Content or Mods? Not now. I've removed them.
Did this issue appear after a specific patch or change you made to your system? Neutral/Not Sure
- By the way it's not my mods, because I've already removed them and tried without them and nothing changed.
