That doesn't fix the problem. That is only for when someone downloads an item from edge. That is for when it does not download correctly. This is a completely different issue because I use chrome and it happens to me. I have been emailing them for 3 months OP. I know another person with the problem as well. All they tell us to do so far is look at the help page but that hasn't done a thing.
