Please, how do I get rid of that infinite symbols that appears in the head of a Sim?

Your Sim has taken Potion of Immortality. There’s no way to remove the symbol without a mod. I believe either Bienchen or LittleMsSam has one that does this. I don’t remember which one, but googling “remove Potion of Immortality VFX” might help.

Your sim is listening to music on his earpods. If that disturbs you tell him to stop using them. You can sell them from his inventory.
I sold the earpods, but it’s still happening…
