Toddler can't be taught and can't go to sleep
Toddler can't be taught anything. No skill gain from stacking blocks or playing with toys. Also can't be put to sleep .

@sobsolo19 Do you have Mods or CC? Please try removing them and the cache file to see if the issue remains when you re-enter the game. Don't save the game with them removed, just go in the game and see if the issue is still there. If the issue's gone, you can exit without saving, then start testing to see which Mod/CC is causing the issue. Directions for this are in the spoiler tag below:

Move the Mods folder from your "The Sims 4" folder [Documents > Electronic Arts > The Sims 4] to your desktop (save it for reference) and delete the localthumbcache.package file in your “The Sims 4” folder. Then check in a new game save to see if this issue is still occurring. You can then test without saving – or in a new vanilla game save – in order to identify which CC/Mods are causing the issue. Then remove or add updated version(s) of the Mod/CC causing the issue.

I don't have any mods or cc. I've tried making a new household and the problem doesn't appear. Sadly I delete my game so my problem can't be resolved now.
@sobsolo19 I'm sorry you deleted the game save. The issue sounds sad and frustrating. Is there a copy of the household saved in your library? If so, perhaps you could try moving them into a home in your new game save and see if the issue is gone for them?
I completely deleted every game file. Including the game library. I'm on ps4,. I do appreciate you reaching out eventually. I wish I could have waited to see what the problem was my bad. Thanks again anyways
