@MamaSimmerPlays Hello! Are you still having trouble with this? I just tested in my game but I'm not seeing the same issues you described. My sims have a toddler and I created a Parenting Club. The toddler has the option to Talk to Stranger and some friendship is building with each member. He got the Stranger Danger sad moodlet after talking to the first two but not with the rest. He even gained a sentiment with one of them.
Are you using any mods in your game? If so, it would be good to test the game with out them and also delete the localthumbcache.package file located in the Documents / Electronic Arts / The Sims 4 folder before opening the game for testing.
Aside from the issue your having, I should note that having sims interact with a toddler during a club gathering may not be the best option for building the parenting skill. To do that, each sim will need to feed, potty train, teach using flash cards, etc. to gain the skill. Doing these things through a club gathering will likely take a long time. It might be better to play these sims and have them research parenting on a computer or read the Parenting skill books.
