My toddlers have super broken faces in CAS — eyes, nose, and mouth are all out of place. Infants and kids look normal. I removed all skin overlays, facial mods, and sliders. Still broken. Anyone know what might cause it?

Remove these modes and it should be fixed
If removing all Toddler presets (not only face ones!) and sliders alone doesn't fix it, or anything in this - https://forums.ea.com/discussions/the-sims-4-mods-and-custom-content-en/modcc-related-sims-have-a-shatteredbuggy-face/9270657 - you may need to also apply an EA face preset to the Sim.
