toddler interactions not working

I am having issues interacting with toddlers in my household. I recently had a baby age up to toddler (no other babies in the household). Whenever I try to bathe or feed him the interaction automatic...

    @MonkeyFu29 Is your mods folder currently empty ? What happens if you try a new save for testing purposes ? Does it work there ?

@crinrict yes, my mods folder is empty. I haven't tried a new save - I'll do that and let you know what happens!
