toddler LIPS ONLY glitch in cas, please help idk what to do.

On my sims toddlers ONLY I've been having the problem where their lips would only glitch and never their entire face, I've tried searching up the reason to this problem and i only seen solution for the entire face glitching. I've seen this problem before but didn't care much since i would just usually use base game lips and just size them bigger but now after the update it seems like they removed that feature and it doesn't allow me to size my sims lips anymore, only for male adult, infant, and toddler. i haven't checked for child yet but so far those are the only sims that i can't resize the lips. i tried using lip presets that i already owned that's for all ages and it didn't work and just kept glitching like in the picture. I've deleted many mods that i thought would fix this problem and still nothing worked. I tried taking all my mods and cc out and rejoining the game to what it was but whenever i do that it would just stay on a never-ending loading screen and won't load the game so i can't even test that. please help, I'm really upset they removed this feature on sims, it seems like I'm the only person who has this problem and i haven't seen anyone else complain about how this feature got removed after the big update. I don't know what to do please help, it's really bothering me that i can't do anything about this and makes me no want to play anymore and i just started a new gameplay with twins and i really was hoping to play but this is really bothering me. btw even with base game lips if i try to do anything with them they will just glitch like this, like make them bigger or something.
