Toilet no longer has upgrade option for compost

The toilet no longer has the option to upgrade to the compost option. It used to let you upgrade and then you’d compost it in your bug house but the option is no longer there.

@Chard1999 Are you still having issues with this ? There haven't been any other reports so it could be a mod issue ?
