Tomarang world won't appear in manage worlds (not purchased)

Even though I haven't purchased the For rent pack yet, I know the world that comes with it should still appear in the manage worlds just greyed out and locked like Chesnut Ridge from Horse Ranch. How...

It is not like it is of any use to you if it is there or not so I would just ignore it. If you eventually purchase the expansion and it then didn't appear that would be a cause for concern.

Have you had any luck? I'm running into this same issue and wanted to see if there were any solutions yet.
