Tombstones in my Sims Inventory

My laptop crashed so I've had to use a different one and there was a mod I think. If a Sim dies my sim will have a gravestone in their inventory. I'm not sure what mod it is or if it was a part of MCC so I was wondering if any of you do. Of course Sims die and I've created a graveyard but I can never find a headstone on any lot.
