Townies with surnames as first names

I don't know if this is a bug or not, or if it's a mod issue (though I can't see how tbh), but I've been noticing that sims are acquiring townie surnames as first names.

The first sim I noticed this with was Molly Prescott, who randomly turned up in one of my saves called 'Prescott Prescott.'

A sim not part of the Prescott family turned up with 'Prescott' as a first name.

Today I've noticed a randomly generated teen has Landgraab as a first name.

Has anyone seen this before?

    @33Rapture   Hi!  Are you still having trouble with this or did you figure it out?  I wondered if you tried testing without any mods.  If you saved the game with the names changed, then taking out the mods may not fix that save but perhaps you could see if a new save without mods has the same issue.  Then, if you don't see the issue in the mod free save, you could start testing mods a little at a time to see which one might be causing it.
