Trait & modify relationship cheats not working

@princess_Mia The modify relationship cheat requires a mod which you can't use on console. It was disabled for the general game a long time ago.

What kind of traits are you trying to equip ? You can only have three of the base ones so if you want to add another, you need to remove one first.
