I recently discovered my sims can't place sheep or goats in world. I tried different households, removing all of my mods, repairing my game and nothing has resolved the issue. Every time I queue my sim to place one in world they reset/ glitch out and sometimes "T" pose for a second or two. the last thing I noticed is that attempting to place them clears anything else queued for my sim.
Sounds like this issue, which is marked as a Mod/CC issue, although the OP there did not come back to say which mod or CC was causing it.

When you tested without mods, did you remove the localthumbcache.package file as well?
Okay so, first off thank you so much for linking me to that post. I went back into my mods folder and back and did a folder by folder removal of my mods to see if I can narrow down the culprit. Turns out it was one of the script mods I added to add a customer career which was an easy fix since I stopped playing with it a while ago.
