Trash plant cannot evolve

Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? Plant a trash fruit, and try to fertilize it, then wait until it is ready to evolve.
What happens when the bug occurs? No option to evolve the trash plant.
What do you expect to see? Trash plant able to evolve.
Have you installed any customization with the game, e.g. Custom Content or Mods? Never used.
Did this issue appear after a specific patch or change you made to your system? Neutral/Not Sure

Also, is it normal that the trash plant give only one trash fruit per harvest? I swear it was more than one, before...
