Travel option doesn't show up on phone or computer

When I go into gameplay and click on the phone, an LE pops up.  There's no option to take a vacation on the phone or the computer.  The LE reads  Last Module Called: resolver.py Last Function Cal...

@MrsFritz_2010 Please do a "vanilla" test: Drag the Mods folder to the desktop, delete the file called localthumbcache, open the game to test, and exit without saving.

I found it. I had already done an vanilla test and I didn't want to do a 50/50.

    Hello, I am getting the same error. Can you share what mod it was? I did the 50/50 and cannot find it.
