Trouble with interaction added to mother plant

I have followed tutorials on adding interaction and functions to objects and tried to add interaction, functions on mother plant. When I play the game I can't find the menu for new interaction and fun...

Hi I have followed the tuning tutorial and when I reach the part where I rename it the tuning id number doesn't update itself, I am using sims4studio version 3. I have followed the tutorials showing the second version. Is there a way to download the previous version of Sims4 studio.
