Trying to become a master vampire and having a problem

When I read the ultimate vampire tome the check mark saying I've completed the task,  dose not show up beside  read the ultimate vampire tome. Can this be fixed I've already tried to repair the game ...

You might want to "Me, too" that bug report if you haven't already.  In the meantime, if that's the only thing standing between you and the aspiration and you're not averse to cheating, you can do a control-shift-c, and type testingcheats on in the console that opens, followed by aspirations.complete_current_milestone.
