Trying to find a couple of mods

First is this one:
I found a mod called Toddler time out. I don't remember where I found the link to it. I think it was in a Reddit post or something. Unfortunately, it's from 2018 and doesn't seem to work.
It's by someone named MrKyle.
I can't find anything on this person anywhere. If anyone knows where to find this mod or one like it please help me. I would like to update it if at all possible.
If it doesn't exist anymore could someone please make one? It doesn't have to be anything too harsh, just have the older sim set them on a couch or bed for a set amount of time like with the kids' time out that's already in the game.

The second request is this one: Now, I put this in the mod request section. It was responded to, but the mod is too old and not exactly the game I was looking for. It doesn't have a download button on it at all.
The mod request I posted was for a playable bocce set with court. The set that was suggested to me was for Pentanque. It's close to bocce, but not played the same way.
