TS won't open
Hello, does anyone have the same problem? I have problems with opening TS4 for 4 days now. It needs to be updated but is unable to do so. I cleared my cache multuiple times now, reinsatled the EA app...

Check your antivirus. See https://answers.ea.com/t5/PC/CURRENT-ISSUE-Anti-Virus-blocking-User-Folder-Screenshots/td-p/9572695 for more info. You may need to exempt The Sims in general too. You can get more support about this over there.
For not seeing your mods, that sounds like you might be trying to use a duplicated/backup mods folder. Info on finding the right folder is here: https://sims4.crinrict.com/eng/2018/07/how-to-find-your-user-folder/
