TS4 Actor salary when doing rabbit hole

Hi, I am not sure if salary is working well for actor career when going to rabbit hole instead of doing active gig. Whenever my Sim use rabbit hole option  they always get the minimum for the gig. All prep tasks are done, I try to get the best performance I can while they go to work, but it doesn't matter what I do, they always get the very minimum for the specific gig. Also the special traits don't change it (I mean for example the drama diploma trait, or this bonus that double the salary that we can get at 5 fame level). I tested various option for rabbit hole and for active gig - and while the salary properly increases for active gigs, it always stays at minimum level for rabbit hole. 

Is it on purpose? Or am I doing something wrong?

I tested it without mods, on a new save, after clearing all cache 🙂 thanks for some advices!
