Twisted Mexi Strangerville Cheats aren't working?

I have the all cheats mod. I have tried loading the story to Act 4 but there are still sims walking around weirdly. I have also downloaded the togglestory mod. I can use this cheat and it toggles ...

Maybe contact TwistedMexi himself since it's his mod? Far from everyone here uses game mods and won't be able to help. Or you could try over in the mods section of these forums where your post probably belongs in the first place :)
