Two Sims in a Relationship are stuck at Awkard Exchange.

As the title suggests it seems like every time these Sims interact they never move past Awkard Exchange despite the two engaging in flirtatious behavior, woo'hooing all over the damn town. Sometimes it causes their relationship meter to move down to the halfway point but they're sitting at a full pink bar right now (working on that green bar too) and they're still awkward is this a bug/glitch, or is it just two very awkward sims in love trying to make it in this crazy world. Please help.

Stuff Packs: Vintage Glamour, Perfect Patio, and Movie Hangout
