UI and Build Mode buying

Ever since the recent major update, my game has been glitching in various places. I haven't really played too much because of this so I don't know everything that's happening, but I'm unable to buy things or really even see how much money I have while in build mode.

1) I can't click on anything that's not free unless I use some form of the money cheat.

2)

The Household funds are blocked by the Business Funds bar.

Switching in and out of the game mode does not help and I've tried just waiting and updating but neither helped.

    @glj97filnb1b The game thinks this is a business.

    Do you have any Sim living on the lot currently ?

    If so, evict them, then try selling the lot from the main map (there should be a sell business option). Then move them back in.

    Move your Mods folder to the Desktop and delete localthumbcache.package. Then test the game in a new save.
    If it works now check for updates to your Mods and CC. Add it back a little at a time while testing until you have found all that are broken.
