UI doesn't load in live mode
Help, It lets me into the game but when it loads into my save file but the UI never shows up. It has the red outline but it never goes away and allows me to play

Kallie_Does_Sims Do you use mods or custom content? If so, please move your Mods folder to the desktop and delete localthumbcache.package.
If that doesn't help, please start a new save and let me know whether the problem happens there too.
I removed my mods folder but theyre still showing up in game. And when I go to options nothing shows up its just blank and when i try to make a new save it just becomes a white screen
Kallie_Does_Sims It sounds like you have a separate Mods folder that the game is reading. Here's how to find it, or rather the Sims 4 folder it's in:
