Hello im having a issue with my ui in the sims 4 how do i fix it ? (i play on laptop)

yes im using mods/ccs
- @90122344 Please move your mods folder to the desktop, delete Documents > Electronic Arts > The Sims 4 > localthumbcache and then try again on a backup of your save
i dont have enough space on my laptop to put it there i have a hardrive i play ts4 on so would it still work if i put it out of electronic arts n put it on the hard drive ?
