unable to fill vacancy on sims 4
I finally was able to make the different units after updating my mods. However, I cannot fill vacancies when in the business tab. Is there another way to do it?

@Lehmoncake Just to confirm, when you removed the Mods folder, did you also delete the localthumbcache file?
I did remove it!
@Lehmoncake If you play as a Landlord who came with the pack and owns a property, does it work?
