@maceyxreneex You'll need to play fewer guessing games on the causes and be more systematic, unfortunately. Not being able to interact can be an outdated mod, but it's also often a mod that's missing files it needs, so an installation issue. Lag issues can also be related to this and to duplicates of mods.
- Start by dragging your whole Mods folder to the desktop and deleting localthumbcache.
- Check the Broken lists in Broken/Updated Mods for ones to outright delete from the old Mods folder; you won't be reinstalling those till there's an update for them (if there ever is).
- Start the game and exit. You now have a fresh Mods folder to gradually reintroduce content to.
- Next, redownload your complex mods (like adeepindigo's) and set up a fresh installation; double check installation instructions to make sure you've got all the pieces. Redownloading into a fresh Mods folder will help you with that part plus with avoiding duplicating. Delete the old versions from your old Mods folder to remind you you're done with those ones. Test as you go. (Keep a backup of your Saves or exit without saving.)
- Once you've got those going, you can add batches of other content. Consider fresh downloads of any script mods, and make sure you aren't copying over duplicates.
