Unable to load live mode

I don't know if anyone else is having this problem but my game won't load live mode. I can click load game in main menu to go to the worlds screen and load lots to build but I when I click play on my household (or resume from the main menu) it will load for forever and never actually do anything. 

I left the load screen for 2 hours and nothing happened. 

I tried the repair option from the Origin library, but still no luck, please help.
