Unable to Pay Bills

How often does the bug occur? Every time (100%)

What expansions, game packs, and stuff packs do you have installed? All Expansions except ECO and GET TOGETHER All Game packs except Realm of Magic and Spa Day Tiny Living, Bowling, Vintage Glamour, Perfect Patio and Luxury Party Stuff Packs
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? Try to pay bills
What happens when the bug occurs? I have no option to pay bills. I can see bill Information but not option to pay and I can now see unpaid bills. I have tried mailbox, computer and phone. No mail has been delivered as it usually is where the pop up notifies and you get 48hrs to pay
What do you expect to see? Pre update I had the options to 'Pay Bills $XXXX'
Have you installed any customization with the game, e.g. Custom Content or Mods? Not now. I've removed them.

I have never used any kind of game MOD, I was using some CAS CC but I have removed that and done a Repair on the game.

I have checked previous bug reports and tried their work arounds just in case they worked.

I have tried a whole newly created sim into a new previously unused lot - not resolved

I have moved a new sim into existing lot - not resolved

I have tried to pay a townie family previously untouched - not resolved

Am I missing something?
