Unable to place Sims Birth Certificates in the world

I am doing the 100 baby challenge, and want to have a birth certificate wall with all of the children’s birth certificates on it. My matriarch has the birth certificates in her inventory but i can’t ...

@elizabethgstory Did you try dragging the birth certificate from inventory to the wall?
