unable to play live mode on a specific lot

im trying to play live mode on a specific lot and it get stuck on the infinite loading screen however i can hear the ingame noises go off that play when it loads, its just stuck on the screen
ive evicted the household and played with a new sim, same issue, put the new sim on a different lot, loaded fine, its just that lot thats being weird, can play other households that i already had in the save

im almost very very sure its the cc, my issue is i just dont know which one
- im on windows, sims vers 1.121, my mods are updated to newest and checked for compatibility
- got better exceptions and deleted what they said the issue was, still happened
- have mccc and checked both the sims4 default latest exception said nothing was wrong and and the mccc said something about forced removal with the sim or some age up problem? can check again
- have conflict detector, have no red CC but some cyan/conflict ones, but i dont think its the issue because my other household has the cyan cc and loads fine

  • panerabreadstan I can help you diagnose if mods are causing your problem, but I can't offer further support to an outdated game version - you'll need to update the game via the EA App or Steam.

To find out if mods are blocking you from loading that lot, you need to do more than be on the latest version of a mod, which can still be broken. You need to rename the Mods folder and delete the localthumbcache file. Note that different lot-loading problems can be caused by removing mods. Info on that is in the pinned master post topic.

thank you! i ended up needing to do 50/50 method and a specific CC ended up being my problem rather than a mod, but i will update my game version anyway
