Unable to play when loading household

What expansions, game packs, and stuff packs do you have installed? all expansion packs, all game packs except batuu, wedding, and werewolves, all stuff packs, no kits
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? When playing game with mods and custom content enabled
What happens when the bug occurs? can load save file but attempting to enter any family, including pre made households, there is an error message and sends you back to world picker Will not load any household
What do you expect to see? A household in live mode

Did this issue appear after a specific patch or change you made to your system? Yes
Please describe the patch or change you made. Updated the game as prompted with the High School Years Update Prior to high school expansion pack, game worked perfectly
Error message when household fails to load
Household will load when mods disabled but that is unacceptable as a solution considering everything was working perfectly until the latest game update.
