Unable to play with Mods

Hi there!I hope everyone is doing well!&nbsp;I've been having a problem with my sims for a couple of weeks now, it seems like none of my mods work when i load the game,&nbsp;when i put a single mod into the "Gameplay Mods" folder in my mods folder (it's not more than 1 folder deep) even just one single mod won't let my game load up, everything else is okay like my CC and WW is fine it's just mods like "UI" or "Mccc" and they are all the most recently updated one! I haven't been able to play sims for a couple weeks because i can't play it without UI or Mccc😔I've updated all the mods, updated the game it just won't load with a single mod in there

Is it a single file or a folder with multiple files? I know when I unzip the UI cheats and MCCC it has multiple files in a folder. You have to either put the unzipped folder into the mod folder and not in another "gameplay mods."&nbsp; folder, or each file seperately into the "gameplay nods folder. The single file can only be 1 folder deep.

italianunicorn22​ Rename your user folder (Documents &gt; Electronic Arts &gt; The Sims 4) and restart the game to make fresh folders. Copy your old save files back in, then fresh downloads of the updated mods files to ensure that you've not accidentally got old ones. Test after redownloading the first one. Hopefully that will have solved any folder or file corruption that was preventing loading.
