I updated the game today which has the new holiday event and some how i cant see any of the task to complete it and i cant even see other events like dates and the welcome wagon in the top left corner
Do you use mods? I found that the UI extension cheat was the culprit. Before I removed that mod mine looked just like that

If you use mods and you see a UI issue immediately following an update, 99.9% of the times it's an outdated mod. Turn off your mods or update them before loading your save.
