Unable to use any CC for buildmode

This has been going since  1.107.151.1020 and i cant find the solution. I cut down my mods to only be CC like clothes, furniture and CAS. No UI or scripts but everytime i go to build mode and try to build, after 10 minutes, somettimes much less, a few seconds of scrolling through all options, if i try to save the game or load out to manage world i will get stuck on an infinite save/load scren. 

Doesnt matter if its a current save or a new save the moment i install CC the game will not allow me to construct anything forcing me to vanilla if i want to play. 

I tried the usual 50/50, moving folder to desktop, re download game, redownload CC for the newest update, all that but still no luck. And speaking with other ppl with the same mods they are not reporting any similar issue.

    @Pinodelus If you use Better BuildBuy, be sure to update and then recheck the options to see CC. This is the most common cause of this problem.

    Not using better build currently on it. Its really bear bones atm just to give it a go but even with basic stuff i get on a unending loading or attempt on saving.

    Basicly i get something like i get on the screen shot every single time but it does the same if i go to manage world or AltF4... this is also without using any cheats on it. Tried repairing the game too, no changes.

    @Pinodelus Try removing the Mods folder, deleting localthumbcache, and doing a Game Repair. Check if you can access before moving anything back. Make sure when you do that you're checking for duplicates and against Broken/Updated Mods & CC . Be suspect of any mod not cleared for the patch.
