Hi @hellvious . Are you playing with any mods or CC in your Mods folder? If so, see what happens after you drag that folder to your desktop and delete localthumbcache. (Don't save, though! Or test in a new game.)

@luthienrising I tried every way exist, still happens somehow... Even uninstalled & installed the game. Thought might be a graphics problem related to Mac but I don't think so, I'm extremely confused

@hellvious Try a clean folder and new save: Exit Sims 4 then drag your whole Sims 4 folder from Document > Electronic Arts to your desktop. Launch Sims 4 and reset your Options. Then test the same sequence of events in a new save. If that works, copy your old save into the new folder and try there.

@hellvious Okay. Still with that clean folder, try a Game Repair.
